About

Three decades of experience. Dual qualification. AI-augmented.

Diplom-Pädagoge (Master-equivalent in Education) from the German Armed Forces University — with a 1993 thesis on computer-based learning programmes (grade 1.0). In parallel, CFO and authorized signatory (Prokurist) at international companies with offices in DE, CZ, GR and PT. This rare combination provides a clear view of what is actually feasible — didactically as well as commercially.

As managing director in the early 2000s, I grew an education provider's revenue sixfold — from 0.13 to 0.75 M € — and expanded the team from 1.5 to 10 positions. My industrial background — from logistics automation to e-learning — allows me to think along complex IT and software topics, large data volumes and data modelling. Since late 2022 I have been working with AI tools every day — as an accelerator for research, analysis, structuring and conception.

More than ten years of practice writing business plans for start-ups across different growth stages — contributing to a total of around 20 M € in raised investor capital. Complemented by seven-figure ESF / public-funding projects — with financial reports rated as exemplary by government and EU authorities — and concepts for universities, chambers and education providers.

In order to give something back to society, I have for several years also offered this experience on a fully voluntary, pro-bono basis — having already supported a number of charitable projects.
